BasQ-IBM Practitioners Workshop 'New capabilities for scaling advantage'

We are delighted to invite you to attend the "New capabilities for scaling advantage" session, which will take place on February 23rd from 15:00 to 18:30 at the main auditorium of DIPC (Paseo Manuel de Lardizabal, 4, Donostia). This technical session is designed specifically for practitioners actively working in quantum computing, with a focus on error mitigation.

This is the agenda that we have prepared for the session:

• 15:00-17:00: Technical session (Joana Fraxanet, IBM)
  • Direct execution model with Qiskit's new primitive "executor": an introduction to Samplomatic for customized twirling randomizations
  • Advanced classical error mitigation tools: Shaded-Lightcone PEC and Pauli Noise Absorption
  • Error detection codes
  • Best practices for maximizing hardware performance
     
• 17:00-17:30: Coffee Break
   
• 17:30-18:30: Discussion led by BasQ advocates and practitioners.
