Final Event of the Road to Practitioner (R2P) Celebrated at Iberdrola Tower in Bilbao

A Qiskit Function by Multiverse Computing", while Álvaro Nodar spoke about "Scaling the Variational Quantum Eigensolver for Dynamic Portfolio Optimization."
